How do I resolve an issue involving my anti-virus program stating it has found a Trojan?

After updating the software, my anti-virus program states that it has found a Trojan. How can I resolve this?

  • Due to the crowd-sourced nature of many anti-virus programs, it may erroneously flag our software as being a trojan (false-positive).
  • If your antivirus software flags our software as being malicious, please report to the solutions provider of this erroneous detection and turn off your antivirus software during play.
  • If the problem persists, please contact your Brand support with the following information:
  1. Nickname
  2. Name of the antivirus software & version.
  3. Screenshot of the diagnosis window.
  4. The current version of your poker client.
