Please contact your Brand's Support team and provide the following information. 

More information is helpful in expediting the investigation.

  1. Nickname
  2. Tournament / Cash Game Name
  3. Date & Time the issue had occurred (please include timezone)
  4. Screen/  Video capture of the occurrence
  5. Network Status Test results (for assistance on this test, click here)
  6. Specification of Device (PC/MAC/Mobile, OS ver., CPU, Ram)
